Flat Rate Shipping For Your Entire Order

All products sold on portlandaproncompany.com are shipped to you at a flat rate for your entire order:

• In the United States:
• Standard shipping is free.
• Expedited 2-day shipping is a flat rate of $5 per order (available to the 48 contiguous states & DC).
• To Canada, shipping is a flat rate of $15 per order.
• Outside the United States & Canada, shipping is a flat rate of $20 per order.

You pay the shipping flat rate for each order regardless of how many items are in your order.

Delivery Time

We process your shipment the same or next business day after you place your order. The delivery time from there depends on the destination:

• In the contiguous United States (48 states & DC), the expected delivery time is 3-5 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 business days for expedited shipping.
• In the rest of the United States (Alasksa, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO, PO Boxes, and the US territories) the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. These are estimates only, so please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
• Outside the United States, the delivery time varies widely by destination country. International shipping can take up to 45 days or more, and door-to-door tracking is not guaranteed.

International Shipping is Delivery Duty Unpaid

Please note that we send all international shipments DDU “Delivery Duty Unpaid”, which means we do not attempt to pay any customs charges or VAT taxes on your behalf. Your local customs and tax authorities will contact you when your shipment arrives, so you can settle any charges in order to release your shipment.

Unavailable Products

We keep our inventory up to date and we only sell items that are marked in stock. However, in the rare instances where we cannot fulfill a product after an order was placed, we will process the remainder of the order and cancel the item that is not available. We will not charge you, or we will refund the portion  of your total for any items that are not shipped to you.
